A connecting tube to the tank supplies the vaccine solution. Ceramic nozzles are used, which offer precise and constant parameters to be applied specifically to the vaccine being used.

The model has an adjustable capacity from 0 to 30 cc.

• metal anchoring of the nozzles to the plexiglass cover;
• the possibility of adjusting the position of the nozzles, freely movable on two axes, to each box size thanks to the special design of the plexiglass cover;
• addition of a locking system that locks the chicks’ box until complete administration of the vaccine dose;
• table of nozzles type and capacity on the cover of the device.

The Elite version differs from the characteristics already described in relation to

• the cabinet is equipped with 6 nozzles;
• metal anchoring of the nozzles to the plexiglass cover;
• the possibility of adjusting the position of the nozzles, freely movable on two axes, to each box size thanks to the special design of the plexiglass cover;
• addition of a locking system that locks the chicks’ box until complete administration of the vaccine dose;
• table of nozzles type and capacity on the cover of the device.

The E – Wilma gel model dispenses vaccines in a gel suspension.

An electronic control system enables the machine to deliver precise volumes according to the choices and settings applied.

The pressure is constant, and the command to activate the dispensing of the gel occurs by simple pressure on the hose lever.

Distribution is by means of a bar equipped with needles to enable correct distribution to individual boxes.

It is characterized by the presence of a PLC (programmable logic controller).

The machine rests on a structure made entirely of steel, whose placement is envisaged by inserting it under the hatchery conveyor belt.
An adjustable photocell on a special cursor detects the speed and position of the transiting boxes.
Once the necessary parameters are set, the machine automatically adjusts all functions capable of ensuring a perfect distribution through a double circuit dispensing spray or gel on the chick’s boxes.
